Ok, that explains it because web Visume was taking over everything and doing the capture. Now with the extension do you have to re buy credits or the credits you bought for IE with the bookmark work

Which version of Firefox are you using? If it is Firefox 41 or later, I think you have to use the JAWS cursor to view the list of add-ons. Gene is more familiar with this issue than I am, so perhaps

In your JAWS configuration settings for IE (and I would expect for any other browser, too) set Refresh to never and Flash to ignore. Web pages that periodically refresh are a royal pain.
