It may be, but try having her send an attachment to you to make sure. If this method works, despite the announcement, it would be the easiest.

I be fine. I've suggested this way, but,she's not grasping this method. I believe her file & folder navigation skills are pretty minimal to say the least. Do I hear Tandem session?!

Copy and paste works in Outlook in later versions and it probably will there.
Copy the file, as though you were going to paste it in another location.
Open the message. I don't know if it matters
