Do you have the other two no printer is plugged in with a cat five cable to your network?

include in the question you asked in your email.

Subject: [TechTalk] Confused about the concept of filter-by options in a
menu

Hi,

I imagine this will seem like a dumb question that techies should know, but
I'm confused about what it means to select options in a filter-by menu.
When you go into an "all filters" menu, does that mean that whatever you
select there will be what you want to be included, or excluded? In my case
right now, I'm trying to pick the options I want to include in UberEats. I
want to make sure that I choose delivery, as opposed to pickup. I would
appreciate your help to understand this concept in technology

THANKS from my muddled brain, :)

Outlook account settings question

Madison Martin

Hi all,
I went to try and remove an account from Outlook, but when I went into Office
accounts I couldn't find the options to add/remove accounts, any idea why these
options suddenly aren't there? The only thing I saw was a button to manage
account privacy settings, I didn't even see any other account settings, other
then the option to change the Office account theme. Sure I've done the
neccessary updates, but I certainly haven't changed anything, unless an update
messed it up... Even when I made my gmail account the default there didn't
appear to be an option to remove my other account which is what I want to do
now. Using the latest versions of Office 365, Jaws and Windows 10. Really hope
someone can help me!!!! Thanks Madison

Once you have placed your start and end markers, the delete key will cut any audio inside of them. Control t will trim any audio outside the markers.

Hi Rich,

I almost never have issues with combo boxes (or maybe they're so inaccessible that I don't realize they are combo boxes.)  Can you give a web page with such an example?  Thanks much.

goldwave trimming quesiton

Hi, using goldwave, what commands do I use to
1)  trim or remove the audio between the place markers

2)  trim or  remove the audio outside the place markers?

I know that one is control T for trim but I do not know the other one, I believe it has something to do with teh delete key, but I am not sure which does which.

Thanks

You can also try pressing enter on the combobox then, tap the PC cursor key, and see if you can navigate it.

Re: A question about Alexa please!

David Moore

Yes! They're definitely is in Alexa app for Windows 10! You can find it in the Microsoft store for free! It works very well, and you can ask her all of the questions, and I believe that you can even use Alexa on the Windows 10 PC to control devices, turn on lights, and so on! Just go to the Microsoft store, and press the control and the letter e! Then type in Alexa as your search! Have a great day!

I am glad I could help because when I had that issue I only found out the answer by mistake.

I don’t know why that happon, I haven’t really asked anyone.  But I could if you like.

Do you have the setting for what happens when the lid is closed set for do nothing? I have no idea what happens if you have the setting set to its default and have an external keyboard plugged in when the lid is closed. If you haven't changed this setting, setting it to do nothing may solve the problem.

Holy smokes, Michael! Yes I do use an HP laptop, and yes, I do run it with the lid closed. I will be dipped! I opened Word with JAWS running with my laptop lid open, and my Word now loads properly. You gave the solution that I desperately needed, and I thank you. Do you know why Word will not load properly with the lid closed? Believe me, I’m not looking a gift horse in the mouth, I’m just incredibly curious. Thanks Michael!

Are you using a laptop, do you keep the screen shut wile using it?

If so try opening the lid, see if word will work.

I had the same similar problem.
