jaws tandem issue
Kimsan
Hi, Both users are using same version of jaws, latest. One is using pro, the other is using home, which I believe that doesn’t matter. When the individual is attempting to tandem into my laptop, after pressing enter, a message pops up and says, An error was encountered Error 2152988759 (0x80540057) was encountered by Processor 1. OK. Does anyone know what that means and what to do about it? A message was fired off to a tech support, but I thought I’d ask here if someone might know. Thank you,

Hi Barb,
While the message is playing press the, * No *, button for, 8 to 10 seconds. You can't permanently disable this feature, so whenever this message comes up you'll have to do this. Take care. Mike. Go Dodgers! Take care and stay safe. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool. Go dodgers!

Hi,

Going from memory here it's been a while since i had one. But try holding down is it the yes and no buttons together for ten seconds or just the no button? For some reason I think it's one of those. Sorry I can't be more specific. The old brain is failing me. Take good care. Robin

I'll send one more test message. This time, I'm sending it from the web site to see if it appears on list. It doesn't from an e-mail program.
