I don’t think you’ll get the same level of support with NVDA. I know there is an NVDA add-on for zoom but I haven’t played with it so I can’t speak about it.

Hi,

Just finished up with Turbotax. It is free via the IRS free file website if you made up to 39000. Anything above that, and you have a minimum 40 dollar price tag, 35 if you have a Chase card.

Re: zoom

JAWS often mixes application keys with JAWS keys when you get help in JAWS and the help doesn't distinguish between the two. Some of the commands may work, some may not. There is an NVDA command to tell you who is speaking, control 2. Why JAWS has its own key, I don't know but maybe it comes from a time when the Zoom command was not available. There is also an NVDA add-on for Zoom.

Here is a page with all the Zoom keyboard commands:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205683899-Hot-Keys-and-Keyboard-Shortcuts-for-Zoom#collapsePC

Here is the add-on page:

I have been able to use the informed daily delivery part of the USPS, but
haven't tried to file a case. To read the images of your mail you can use
picture smart in JAWS 2021.
Navigating the site can be tricky. I find that If I click on the link at top

Change the reading of messages to simple HTML. That allows HTML messages to display as intended but doesn't allow any HTML content that takes any actions to run. Its safer and you can read all e-mail as you have been.

This setting is in the view menu. Alt v, down arrow to message body and press enter. Down arrow to simple HTML and press enter.
