Ron Canazzi
Hello Group,
A day or so ago, someone mentioned a wireless charger available on Amazon for $18 US. I must have deleted this message, so I would appreciate anyone re posting the information. Thanks for any help. -- They Ask Me If I'm Happy; I say Yes. They ask: "How Happy are You?" I Say: "I'm as happy as a stow away chimpanzee on a banana boat!"

Oops, forgot which device I'm asking about, followup on not being able to hear audio a Facebook video
Sharon Hooley
Hi again,
I Googled the question as to why I can't hear audio in a Facebook video, and found the instructions for restoring it. But it said to select the X next to the volume. So how do we do it in an accessible way? Thanks, Is it hard to communicate, even with hearing aids? Visit www.CochlearAmericas.com

chris judge
I'm guessing he used the option in be my eyes to connect with a Microsoft agent who was then able to talk him through the sequence of events to get him in to bios and make the change.

Help with Layout of Samsun Galaxy A10e phone
Lisa Belville
Hi, all.
I have just unboxed my Samsung Galaxy A10e phone. I'm waiting on my subscription to Anatad to be approved. But, until then, is there anyone on Tech talk who could give me a brief description of the layout of this phone? It is currently lying flat with the screen facing up. I believe I have it positioned with the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the bottom left with the charging port on the bottom to the right of the headphone jack. There are two buttons on the right side of the phone. One is a long, rectangular button , and there is a shorter rectangular button immediately below that one. I assume one of these is the power button. I cannot locate any other buttons or an SD card slot at this time. I'm looking for just the basics, like how to power on the phone. I have the charging cable, and I believe I know how to get the speech started. I'll have some semi-technically literate eyes over here tomorrow, but I wanted to do as much as I could first. Oh, in my original post about this phone I gave the incorrect name. I said it was a Samsung Galaxy A10 when it is actually a Galaxy A10e. These are actually different models of phone though I'm not sure what the difference is. I believe this is why the excellent description given by Olusegun isn't working for me. <sigh> Any help would be appreciated. - Lisa Belville missktlab1217@frontier.com

Re: Seeking Android List Info
Olusegun -- Victory Associates LTD, Inc.
Tante Lisa, welcome to the world of Android; I sure hope you'd love it here.
Indeed, the list put out by the TechTalk mailing list begs for an update. Eyes-free is still around, however, it's an ANNOUNCE-ONLY list now. It was established by Google to enable Talkback users and its developers interact with each other. Much later sometime last year, the cords were pulled airtight by Google's Accessibility team and the interaction between users and developers left Purgatory for hell! There are quite a number of Android mailing lists; the most popular one is anatad, meaning, Android News, Apps, Talks and Deals. Join it by sending a blank message to: anatad+subscribe@googlegroups.com It can be a high traffic list; tempers can and do flare-up now and then; there's NO REAL MODERATION, each member is expected to be either the CHILD OR ADULT IN THE ROOM. Discussions on the list is NOT NECESSARILY limited to Android. As a mattr of fact, iOS enthusiasts do get help over there as well, same holds for Windows fan folks, and Linux does get mixed in once in a while. Abstract issues do get some airplay too. Thus, if you can ignore the noise, there are many talented folks on the list that are READY AND WILLING to help you out. Anatad does have a podcast; check it out at: www.anatadpodcast.com Another list worth checking out is at: android-accessibility+subscribe@groups.io This one is relatively new! It is MUCH STRICTER and, most of its members including some of its founders do hang out on Anatad. Android-vision is on groups.io, but it's not very active. Feel free to post your Android questions in this space; I'm sure an Androidean with an answer or solution to an issue lurking in the meadows will step up and straighten things out for you. Again, welcome to Androidville, we're here to help you get started! Sincerely, Olusegun Denver, Colorado
