These are default folders in POP3. The mail server do not have control of these, and your client do not have control of the folders on the mail server.
IMAP, on the other side, is different. both the client and the server, (mostly client) have the controls of the available mail folders.

Those aren't subfolders. They're just folders. Subfolders are
folders you create within a folder.

He did not run any repair tool.  I was listening very carefully to what he was doing, that's why I don't have a clue as to why the saved desktop icon worked when the tech clicked on it!  Even he started to laugh when I asked him, what in the hell did you do to get that to work?  While he was laughing, he said, I didn't do anything!  Well anyways, the wireless icon / soundcard issue got fixed as well, & the registry is backed up, so it's time to listen to the Dodgers get their asses kicked!  LOL  LOL 
 
BTW: This Youtube issue has been going on for quite awhile, so if anyone thinks I'm some sort of crackpot, that's fine, but it surprised the tech as well.  Thanks again for all of you that offered your advice & help.

I also wondered. Why we have to alter the folders? It works fine here too.
NLS tried to make things as easy as possible and I believe they did it.

The first couple of times I used them, they were able to help me with most of the problems I had.  GW Micro helped me with the rest of it.  But these times I called, they couldn’t help me.  They couldn’t even get into this computer to start helping me.  But when they got into my laptop, like I said, they messed up my email.  Pam.

I don't usually give Microsoft credit for much, but I have to say that this Disability Answer Desk service they offer for free is quite generous.  Normally such technical assistance could cost hundreds of dollars.  LOL I have charged hundreds of dollars depending on the amount of effort when I offered this kind of assistance in the past.

He did not run any repair tool.  I was listening very carefully to what he was doing, that's why I don't have a clue as to why the saved desktop icon worked when the tech clicked on it!  Even he started to laugh when I asked him, what in the hell did you do to get that to work?  While he was laughing, he said, I didn't do anything!  Well anyways, the wireless icon / soundcard issue got fixed as well, & the registry is backed up, so it's time to listen to the Dodgers get their asses kicked!  LOL  LOL 

 

BTW: This Youtube issue has been going on for quite awhile, so if anyone thinks I'm some sort of crackpot, that's fine, but it surprised the tech as well.  Thanks again for all of you that offered your advice & help.
