Pressing up arrow usually works, but again, it should be confirmed by either some eyeballs or experimentation. It has always worked for me, but you never can tell. Sometimes the menus don't wrap.

So...
Tools>Internet Options>Advance tab.
Press the "Reset..." button and also check the "Delete personal
settings" check box.
Note this will also disable your add-on. So, for example, if you have a
download manager you need to go to add-on manager to re-enable it. It
won't effect Flash, however.

F12 is probably the most commonly used key, but some manufacturers use Delete, F10, and so on. Also, there is no guarantee that pressing Up Arrow once on the boot menu will select the flash drive. The order and available options may again depend on a couple of factors such as the manufacturer and currently connected devices.

Hi, I'll try to help, better than nothing. From the main program menu, press h. Now, press h again, and this will open the chapter of how to use the help menu. Now, if you do a read all, or scroll the display, you will find the commands. I'd guess some keys, but you've asked us not to do that.

folders you create within a folder.

You then have to boot from the flash drive. To boot using the flash drive, you either have to change the boot sequence in the BIOS so that the machine will boot from USB first or figure out how to access the bootable devices menu so you can just select the flash drive directly. The second option is easier, but you have to figure out the key for accessing the bootable devices menu for your particular model. Although as Rob says, on some systems the boot sequence may already be configured to boot from USB first so you can just try rebooting and see if it works.

Maybe. I just did not want to suggest that one for now.

Tools>Internet Options>Advance tab.
Press the "Reset..." button and also check the "Delete personal
settings" check box.
Note this will also disable your add-on. So, for example, if you have a
download manager you need to go to add-on manager to re-enable it. It
won't effect Flash, however.

Try clearing your browsing history (CTRL+Shift+Delete in IE) if you
don't mine, check all the check boxes except the first one.
Another idea: what about using another browser? Firefox maybe?

You may initially need sighted assistance since as when
booting
into
any
other environment, you have to either change the boot
sequence
in
the
BIOS
or access the bootable devices menu.

What Linux distribution are you trying to install? Not
all
Linux
distros
are accessible and even those that are may not be
immediately
accessible
after installation. Two Linux distros which are
guaranteed
to
be
accessible
are Vinux

As for installing Linux in a dual boot configuration, it
partially
depends
on the distro, but usually you have to boot from the DVD
or
flash
drive
first, then when you choose to actually install it on to
the
hard
drive,
you
will be given the option of setting up a dual boot
configuration.

entire OS, however, I'm confused as to how I would go
