Replying on line won't help those who are bounced because they won't see the message. If you are bounced, you can send mail to lists but you won't receive any. Those who want to help should write privately to those who appear to be bounced from what they write. If people need to know how to do that, we can discuss it here. it depends on your e-mail program but this is an important thing to know.

Hi all,

this is perfectly clear. It's unequivical in fact. Do what it tells
you to do! Your mail is bouncing because you probably have a gmail
account. Gmail was down for several hours yesterday. Obviously, if it
was down, groups.io couldn't send you any mail. It got rejected,
bounced back. It says right here that if you go to the link you can
fix it, so, like the old song says, "Well, fix it dear Henry".

Re: Accessible Christmas App

Kerryann Ifill <ksbf@...>

I’m interested in this app because I’m hosting a Christmas party for my blindness organisation and I’d like to have something different. I plan to stream audio described movies in one breakout room, play Christmas music in another and I would love to share audio described Christmas scenes in another.

If anyone has suggestions on how I can make the party inclusive or know of another app or site that may have similar info I’d be really happy for the share.

Thanks
Kerry

The article I read gave three different options but said nothing about other languages than Spanish. While it is possible that information was left out, it is unlikely.

Actually, the original post mentioned that it can be enjoyed by persons who are not actually there, so I believe its not restricted in terms of location, but the language issue is stilll a puzzler.

That’s what I expected to see, also, because that’s what I used to see when yahoo would bounce messages.  But when I would enter on the unbounce link, I just saw their website.  I appear to be unbounced, though, but I don’t know if any of the other messages ever went out.  Pam.

Re: Your Groups.io Account Is Bouncing

If people read the messages, they tell you exactlyu what to do. Follow the link. AsI recall, when you get to the web page you need do nothing else. Again, people should read the page. Once your delivery is suspended, you don't get mail from the lists, as the message says. So answering people on list who send messages to lists about what to do is useless. If you want to help, you must write to people off list. For those interested, we can discuss how to do this. This is an important thing to know.

I'll write to Shelly and tell her what to do.

Re: bouncing groups.io messages

I usually get that a couple of times a week around 5:30 PM. I just click onto the link and Down Arrow to where I can click on bouncing, and it will say you are now unbounced, and the messages start back. I am on a number of groups.io lists.

Hi all,

I've gotten several messages today from groups.io about messages that are bouncing from my address. I'm sure that the reason I'm getting so many messages is that I'm on several groups.io groups but do I need to click on the link in every message that I'm getting about bounced messages or will just clicking one of the links solve the problem?

Thanks.

Troy

Thanks Gene.

I sure hope gmail clears up this problem soon, I've had this happen twice so far today.

It doesn't matter how many groups send you an unbounce message.  Answering one will unbounce you.
