Hmm, in case of a segmented stream like HLS etc. wget would hardly be capable of recording it. My choice, in order of personal preference, would be streamlink, VLC, or youtube-DL. Given an example of stream to be recorded, these recommendations may be refined.

Hi,

Only last Thursday the American Printing House for the Blind had a cross word puzzle link placed in the flying blind newsletter.

I’ve been using and its rather accessible once you get the hang of it.  Also, Not sure if you’re using an iPhone but there is also the 4down puzzle for that platform

I don’t have my hands on the APH link at the moment, but let me know if you have challenges finding it and I’ll hunt it down for you.

Unfortunately, you can only put off Windows 10 updates for a week. If you have Enterprise Edition, then you can put them off for five weeks. Otherwise, hope the problem gets solved in a week, otherwise you're forced to take it. You could also try setting your Internet connection to metered. That's been known to work for some folks.

No problem. Every now and then I'll run across a computer with the desktop icons hidden. Not sure how it happens as one has to go in and manually do it, but I set up a brand new Hp computer for a guy a while ago and the icons were hidden right out of the box. Not sure why anyone would ever choose that setting but as the setting exists there must be some value in it for someone.

If your PC or browser is in the high contrast mode, then your phone won't scan the QR Code for WhatsApp.  This is consistant for almost all the browsers. Turning off the high contrast mode should make the scanning work.

Do you have an Amazon Alexa?  If so, you can enable puzzle of the day.  There is a cross word puzzle every day.  There is five clues and you have to guess the word and then at the end, you can guess the theme.  All of the words have this in common.  Some of them are easy and others extremely hard.  Hope this helps.

Try control U to open the headers and then control W to close them again.  Control home should take you to the top of the headers.
