According to Kelly Ford (senior program manager at Microsoft), Microsoft is aware of the following issue:
When you run Media Creation Tool (MCT) in order to upgrade to Anniversary Update, due to presence of some screen reader components (specifically, a display driver), MCT will raise display compatibility flag. This was observed on JAWS for Windows, Window-Eyes and Zoom Text. The workaround is to remove these display drivers and running MCT (end result not fully verified), or wait for Version 1607 to show up on Windows Update.
