T-Mobile is not CDMA it is for GSM most companies are. The only companies that or CDMA networks are Verizon and Sprint. And of course they're knock off carriers such as virgin mobile straight talk and whatever else Verizon carries. Oh and boost mobile.

As of 2014, according to this article , this was
the situation. I doubt it has changed but I don't know.
For instance, in the United States, two of the four
major carriers (Verizon and Sprint) use CDMA while the other two (AT&T and
T-Mobile) use GSM.

I can't be sure if you can get a GSMA
version. Here is an excerpt from a page showing
specifications:
CDMA 800 / 850 / 1900 GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 I don't know enough technically
about phone networks to know. Even though it gives those numbers and shows
GSMA before them, in looking at the excerpts of many pages in a Google search, I
don't see GSMA carriers listed in those stated it can be used with.
