The quickest way is to open the System applet, found in the Control Panel. As a quick shortcut press the Windows key along with the long-forgotten Pause/Break key which opens the System app. This key is usually on the top row of the keyboard, on the far right in the group of three keys on the right hand side.

I forgot to mention that you'll need to use the review keys for your screen reader to review all of the information on that screen such as the JAWS cursor if you're a JAWS user.

Go to what is called the System Properties by using the keystroke

Windows key+Pause key (the Pause key is the key all the way to the right on your typical keyboard layout of the three pack of keys which is usually above your six pack of keys).

Root JAWS to PC or the equivalent to read this data which will be processor type, RAM, Windows version, computer name and such.
