I see absolutely no change in the netplwiz dialog and I am running the latest version of Windows 10 Pro.
I wrote up this tutorial several years ago: -- Brian - Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit, Version 2004, Build 19041 Always remember that computers are just glorified light bulbs - they rarely fail in continuous use and usually go pop when turned off and on. ~ Technician with the username Computer Bloke, on Technibble.com

What type of windows are you running; home? professional? educational or what. The checkbox is there in windows professional 2004.

Hi Fanus,
Try this to see what happens. In the Run dialogue put the following, control userpasswords2, and press enter to see what you get.

When I follow your instructions and after typing netplwiz.exe I do not land in that dialog where there are checkboxes etcc. Apparently this has been changed in later versions of Windows10. I tested it on my pc and on a Windows 10 tablet and one lands in a totally other dialog and I do not want to fiddle around.
