I am using the latest IOS and even one of my device is on the public beta. Its not slow as what you mentioned.

What I will suggest is, backup your data either through iCloud or even itune, then you factory reset.
Once the factory reset is done, restore your data.

Well, everything is very slow now. And sometimes  Serie can’t find a contact that I have, even though it is in the contact folder. Jim
