mail account in windows 10
Gene
It isn’t supported but it works.
Since it isn’t supported, Microsoft isn’t distributing it any longer but
people on the list can send you the installation file.

I don’t know why the password field isn’t available or something you can tab to. It may be being displayed but if it is unavailable, your screen-reader may just skip it. It appears from what you are saying that after you type your username, it still isn’t available. Are you using the app for any other e-mail accounts? Perhaps you might try another e-mail program. Windows Live Mail will work well and Thunderbird will work well. Since you seldom look at the accounts anywayy, one or the other of these programs should serve you fine. If they were your main e-mail programs, you might want to decide which you prefer for general use but for the evidently very small amount you will use the program, I don’t think it matters.

I thought that as well, about the next button. The next button wouldn’t activate.

Kimsan, When I entered my email address, the password field automatically came up telling me to enter my password. So you don’t get that edit field? I can also tab and get the password field as well, but I just filled out the password field as it came up. Another thing I recently noticed, after entering my email address, if I tab maybe 4 or 5 times, there is a next button, so maybe if you try that, meaning pressing the next button, you might then get the password field.

I was able to locate all that a couple of weeks ago. My issue is locating the password box. Typically, it’s one tab after the username but it’s not there! I could care less for the mail app, but I simply use that program for other email accounts I rarely check, for example, my outlook and Gmail accounts.

Hi Kimsan, Try to tab maybe for a few times, and you should hear manage accounts, and you can press enter, and tab again until you hear add an account, you can then arrow down until you hear Google, press enter. Enter your Gmail address and tab, and you should hear enter your password, follow the next few steps.
I hope this helps. As I can’t stand the Mail App.

Can you have all the accounts in one program?
All the accounts have separate folders and I would think it would be easier to only look at certain accounts when you want to in the same program.
