recaptcha not allowing access to a site

The page does say protected by recaptcha but that doesn't mean
anything if there is no recaptcha to work with for what you are
doing on the site.

Using Chrome with JAWS 2019 and Windows 7, the only check box I could find on this web page is labled, "I agree to the terms and privacy policy". There is no check box labeled, "I am not a robot", as there would be for recaptcha. when I checked this check box and entered a dummy email address, I was able to access the Mastering Markdowns course dashboard page.

Where do you see the captcha? There is none on the page as shown when you go to it.
