How do I stop my Cannon printer, please?

Check in the settings and see if it is saving copies, if so, turn it off.  Also, mine was doing that when “spooling” was checked (uncheck it).  I don’t know what that meansk but it stopped the printer.

Hi.

Usually the computer is the cause if turning the printer off doesn't stop it permanently. Look on the system tray of your computers for something like 1 document(s) pending for Carolyn.

Somehow or other, my printer has in its cue emails from a list, which I keep destroying as it prints. Whenever I turn it on, it starts to print them. I can only turn it off to stop it. Alt+C has no effect at all on it. There are things I need to print, but I can’t, and I have wasted pages and pages of paper that are now confetti.
