My guess is you created that folder while in administrator mode and user

mode has fewer privileges than administrator mode. Try going into administrator mode and access that folder and see if that works. On one of my backup drives, I have a folder that will not allow me access. I created the folder and it has lots of GB init. I'd like to delete it and make for roon on the drive. The system won't let me delete it: "access denied". I can't even open it to see what's in there. What can I do? I own this machine.
