I'm Audrey in NYC. I recommend the HIMS products; I have the Braillesense 6 and the QBraille. Both are 18 months to 2-plus years old, and the Braille displays are crisp and very reliable. I also have the U2 Mini, which is about ten years old and still working great. I went through 2 Focuses, both having display and battery issues. If you're going to invest in a new display, contact your HIMS dealer. Good luck. Audrey ----- Original Message -----

I'm unsure when I got mine and I'm just terying to figure out given the fact that it's been sent in twice in the past couple of years for cleanings how much longer I might have before I have to buy a 5th gen. I'm mainly interested in hearing from users of Focus displays but since most brands are similar I'm not sure what brand you have really matters. I use mine daily but only to follow along with JAWS and it always stays on my desk. Look forward to any thoughts that anyone can provide me!! Thanks Madison |
