Admin. avoiding list clutter


A list member today sent a message asking if people use a service but not asking what they want to know about the service. A question such as this one is likely to produce many unnecessary messages, in other words, list clutter.

First, many people may answer saying they use the thing asked about, and ask what the question is. Since usually people do use what is being asked about, the original poster then sends his/her question(s) and then another round of answers is given.

Will people who ask if people use a service or product please include their question(s) regarding what they want to know in the same message?
