How well does CDex tag titles, and other CD
information?

Hi. I haven’t used CD ex in quite a while. I heard the remote data base is no longer available so if you use it you’ll have to manually input the track titles. If I’m mistaken about this I stand rebuked.

If you try CDEX, use the portable version. As with so many programs
now, the installed version has unwanted software and the areas where you refuse
it during installation are not accessible.
I’m not assuming that just because software is portable that it won’t
install unwanted programs but in this case, it doesn’t.

Hi Vicki,
CDEX doesn't actually identify the albums or tracks
on it's own,
it relies on a user generated data base, which is
only as accurate as the info submitted
by various users, but the data bases
usually have a pretty good accuracy rate on the
whole.

Rick
