Using office 365 enterprise in outlook 2016, how do I stop all of my emails going into the junk folder?

When making this change whatever it is to resolve the issue, must I do it on the outlook.com website which I hate with a passion lol.

I’ve tried marking each as not junk from within the outlook client, I even marked certain ones on the safe senders list but they still go to the junk which makes me think I need to do this on the outlook.com site.
