I'm using Windows 11 and NVDA (not quite current). On one of my computer's hard drives, I have lots of sound effects. I'm trying to find a foghorn to use in my thunderbird for incoming mail. I tried a Windows key S and just the Windows key. They both made me go to MS Edge and to BING and to look for foghorn leghorn. I just want a simple search on my hard drive for a foghorn .mp3 file. How frustrating!

Try using the name of the file with the .mp3 extension.
