Hi List, Has anyone here used either Tap Tap See or Be My Eyes and if yes, does either of them allow the person helping you to log on to your computer to help you with a task such as Aira does through Team Viewer?

If you could also tell me a little about your experience with either of them, I would greatly appreciate you sharing what you have found.

They have helped me gift wrap gifts, tell me colors, read me cooking instructions, even help me tell what color my outfits are if my ccolor identifier is not reading it correctly,

And they have helped me pick out fruits and vegetables in the market.

I’ve also used them when my computer is silent.

A lot of people I know use AIRA for things like financial information or medical information or other stuff that is more sensitive so they feel better using them because they are trained professionals rather than just volunteers who have not been bonded or passed background checks and things like that.

Seeing AI by Microsoft is very useful. It has several different channels that you can pick from such as short text, document, and product. I would recommend this over tap tap see or be my eyes.

Another clarification, I don't think Tap Tap See uses volunteers.  I think the app itself does the work.
