Verizon Fios

John Holcomb II

Hey all,

So I’m going to be getting rid of Comcast in 6 months or so, am I am curious about FIOS TV from Verizon. I’m getting Verizon so I have symmetrical speeds.

Do they have an app for the TV watching for smartphones like Comcast does?

Do they  also have a disability answer desk too?

Has anyone used the FIOS app  for account access, paying bills, checking internet outages controlling Wi-Fi etc.?

If so how accessible are these apps on android or iOS?

Thanks,

John

Hi John,

I'm Audrey in NYC and I've been a Verizon Fios customer since 2012. I'm very happy with the service.

I believe Verizon has an app on the phone, but I never used it.

The disability line is 1-800 974-6006. I receive my bills in hardcopy braille by choice; I know that it is also available by email, but I prefer the braille so that I can check for each item individually.

Hope this helps.

Hey Audrey,

Yep, I’m near Philly and so I know they service this area.

I like the service too but like you have emit ever used the app on the phone so that’s s what I was wondering most about.

John
